Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your AirPay account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Because AirPay uses Google and Apple sign-in only, there is no password and no web login — deletion requests are made by email, and we handle them for you.
How to request deletion
Send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest.
Request account deletionOpens your email app with the request pre-filled. Just add the email on your account and send.
Prefer to do it manually? Send an email:
- Email us at [email protected].
- Use the subject line “User would like to delete their account”.
- In the body, include the email address linked to your account so we can find it.
We’ll confirm by email once your request has been processed.
What happens to your data
When we delete your account, we remove your personal information. Transactions are financial records, so the records themselves are retained — but they are no longer linked to you.

The email address linked to your account.
Your account profile and sign-in connection.
Transaction records — the amount, date, counterparties, and wallet address — are permanent financial records and cannot be deleted.
We retain them as required to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations that apply to payment services.
Your personal details are removed from these records, which are attributed to “Deleted User.”
This matches our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
Revoke app access yourself
You can also disconnect AirPay from your sign-in provider at any time — this stops AirPay from accessing your Google or Apple profile, separately from deleting your account:
- Google: Google Account → Security → “Your connections to third-party apps & services.”
- Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → AirPay.
